slow paste

i dont know where else to post this.  'Copy' 'paste' and 'save' options operate very slowly and some times crashes

Send a crash dump to Support@cakewalk.com. It is usually a plug-in misbehaving.  Try opening the project in safe mode (hold shift while clicking on the project file) and disabling all the plug-ins.

If this is in Sonar, expect some big improvements in the next update. We found a bunch of areas that were causing slow operations in larger projects.

In CbB, turning off the audio engine and/or closing the synth rack can speed things up significantly.
