Why I can't install the cakewalk?

Every times when I was downloaded the additional files,It was download it again,it isn't download successful.

It was download very slow.

@C218 two things, have you got the Cakewalk Product Centre installed? That is how it's done these days. It can be found at Cakewalk.com. 

Raising a ticket to get attention is not the way to do it either.
