John Davey Posted July 25, 2024 Posted July 25, 2024 Hey, I've just subscribed and downloaded Sonar for Windows. I'm surprised that there seems to be no proper manual (the 'documentation' search function just provides external advertising!). Am I missing something? I'm an old-time Cakewalk user, but just recommenced composition and midi etc. after a few years. Maybe I should refer to an older manual? Any advice greatly appreciated Cheers, John
Guest Posted July 25, 2024 Posted July 25, 2024 (edited) Cakewalk Next manual I think is about 246 pages. It is well written and easy to learn about features. I Googled " Cakewalk Next PDF" and only hit is the Next Web site which doesn't have a link to the help file. Edited July 26, 2024 by Sock Monkey
Geohearttry Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago I am having the same problem as you, 3 years ago how did you solve it, hope to get your answer geometry dash
Bristol_Jonesey Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago From the Help menu, click documentation And if you don't like wading through menus, the Assist Menu provides many options Also - Cakewalk Next is NOT Sonar. If you follow the manual for Next you'll get hopelessly confused. 1
Bass Guitar Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Im travelling so can’t confirm but isn’t Local Documentation installed from the Cakewalk Product Manager?
Byron Dickens Posted 7 minutes ago Posted 7 minutes ago It is. There's also a link to the documentation up top.
