About 90% of the time a vendor will refund after explaining to them it was a dual purchase. The biggst exception is Toontrack. Quite a few years back I made a "mistake" purchase and asked for a refund. They flat out said no. It was around $20. Part of that is the 2 machine limit which I'm avoiding those licenses a lot more.
