Not seamless when duplicating tracks

I've created a 16 bar track with very basic drums, bass and keyboard. When duplicating the tracks it doesn't seamlessly flow into the next 16 bars. There is a slight break that makes it obvious that it's starting again. The timelines match up perfectly so not sure what I can do to make it seamless from one to the next.

Are you using a crossfade? That's what crossfades are designed for, to smooth that kind of transition.
