Ricebug Posted July 2 Share Posted July 2 I have searched high and low how to import tempo maps from standard MIDI files, and have been unsuccessful. There are dozens of YT videos on tempo issues but nothing on how to import the tempo map. I can open a MIDI file in any sequencer and see the tempo map, so I know they're there. Glenn Stanton Posted July 2 Share Posted July 2 i usually just double click on the MIDI file to open it in Sonar (or CW) and select a track and edit -> copy special: then in a new project i'll insert it via edit -> paste special i'm sure there are other methods but i find this fast and reliable. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
