My first new synth purchase from the MIDI era of the mid-1980s was Sequential Circuit's Multi-Trak. I have audio files of a handful of test tunes I did with it. It was fun. I traded it in for a Casio CZ-5000, though I wish I could have kept the Multi-Trak and gotten the CZ, too. Quote Sequential's MultiTrak had everything - for its time - and to this day, it still sounds great! During the era of the Roland Juno synths, Sequential overhauled their programmable little SixTrak analog sequencer synthesizer and came up with the MultiTrak. It's a six voice analog synth with sophisticated filters, envelopes, modulation capabilities and built-in sequencing.
