Tubeydude Posted May 16 Share Posted May 16 (edited) UPDATE... see the nest post. Hi all, I installed the newest version, and when prompted to activate, I went to help and tried to sign in. I was directed to a page on my browser (firefox). There was nothing but a blank page. This is on my windows 8.1 machine. (fully updated running on an 8 core i5 machine) It seems to work fine on my windows 10 machine. Is the newest version compatible with 8.1? Maybe just the login part is not working? I have been realizing that I will likely need to update that machine soon, but was hoping to get more life out of it. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks. Tubeydude Posted May 16 Author Share Posted May 16 UPDATE... I tried copying the link in the popup browser (firefox) window and pasting it into running window of Edge. Even though it said Edge was no longer supported, it brought me to the login page and I successfully activated the newest version.
