Question about the 'other' updates

I'm up to date on the latest version of Cakewalk, but when I 'check-for-updates'  I see these other updates are available ... are these important, or necessary, to update?

Longtime user of Cakewalk/Sonar and I look forward to the new Sonar

Not really. They are most likely already installed. I’ve gotten the same thing a few times. 
Sone of that stuff will all be useless when you switch to Sonar. Example there is the theme editor which Sonar can’t use.

Some of them are probably redundant, but I just installed them anyway to make the toasts go away.

They do no harm.
