Might be a bit less in USD at Loot Audio -- no code required, sale's on for another three weeks:

https://www.lootaudio.com/category/kontakt-instruments/rast-sound/world-vocals-collection

Possibly cheaper there if you have Loot credits.

I think there was a "secret" deal at Rast where this was down to 49 Euro, but otherwise the collection doesn't often go lower, as far as I know.

Loot credits don't work that way.

From Loot's "What are credits?" page:

Quote

You earn Credits every time you purchase a product from Loot Audio. 3% of your order is added to your account in the form of Credits.

Use Credits for money off future orders or convert them to Sample Credits to download samples from the Sounds section of the site.

The Credits which you earn will be stored in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Each Credit is the equivalent of 1p (UK pence)

Emphases mine.

Brother, I don't know what to tell you. If the documentation from that page on their site isn't convincing, maybe this one does it, from https://www.lootaudio.com/support/article/how-do-i-get-credits:

Credits are used to get money off your order at checkout. You can use Credits to get money off Kontakt Instruments, Plugins, Presets and Sample Packs.

Emphasis mine again. You can also simply view your cart -- there are currently freebies with purchase pre-loaded, so you don't have to add any items -- and the "Redeem your Credits" line and "Credits Used" lines should show up in the Checkout section.

If that's not convincing, I guess you can... just not use Loot credits. That's totally a choice.
