Garritan PO 5 total audio dropout

I have Garritan PO5 player in a track folder.  All good.    The minute I go to another track anywhere, create a new midi track, what ever,  The audio completely becomes non-existent in Aria Player.    I have to delete Garritan instrument, reload the instrument.....   all for it to do the same thing if I do anything in another cakewalk track.  this makes # 6 so I'm not a happy camper.  I've used SOUNDS ONLINE and other vst's and nothing like this.

Any clues?

Many of the Personal Orchestra instruments require CC1 levels to be set before playing or you won't hear any sound.  I always put an initial CC1 volume level before the first note in each track.
