Bandlab not opening

Hi, curious, when I open Bandlab on my computer, a screen opens but it just sits there and doesn't go to a login screen. 

Any reason for this?

Are you talking about cakewalk, cakewalk product center or literally actually the bandlab app that is an online daw?

Sorry > The "band Lab Assistant", launched from Windows. It has a login button but goes to a blank screen. It used to go to another screen where you could update etc.

We haven’t needed the Assistant for possibly a year now. Activation a  in the help menu.

I am also trying to activate the newest version.  I try to log in after I go to the help menu, and I get directed to a blank page with only  "By using Bandlab you agree to our terms and conditions..." on the bottom. 

There is nothing else on the page.  Is there something I am missing?  The newest version installed and opens, but it says I need to activate it.
