Which would be better out of a 13600K or 10900K for music production?

Sitting on both, swapping out my 10900K to the 13600K in my production rig after having upgraded the latter to a 14900K in my gaming setup.

13600K = Gen 4 M.2 which I believe make a bigger impact on loading vsts and such.

I'd suggest going with a 14700k.

You're getting most of the performance of the 14900k... at significantly lower cost, lower power, and lower heat.

I mean I already have these chips, no need to waste money on a new one, the 14900K will be passed down whenever I upgrade the main PC next.

I've already torn the secondary build down anyway, just getting lazy with completing it.

Didn't realize you already had the CPU.

13600k is the faster CPU.
