Combining Sections Of a Track Into One Track

How do I make sections or segments (that's what I think they are)in a track into one track?

I looked up help and it said use "Bounce To Track".  but that didn't work.  I am probably asking the question wrong.

Look up "Bounce to Clips" or hilite all of the clips in the track and RMB <Bounce to Clips> or [CTRL+B]
