How to increase octave in picth wheel?

hi everyone, I want to ask about the pitch wheel, how do I add octaves to the pitch wheel in the MIDI Event Type Wheel? I tried using it on Piano Roll but couldn't reach the high notes

The range of the pitch wheel is fixed between -8192 and + 8191. 

How this is interpreted as far as pitch changes is up to the synth - it could be either a per patch or global setting.  Most default to 2 semi-tones.

Not all synth plugins allow you to change the pitch wheel range, and not all will allow up to an octave.

Pitch bend range is a setting defined in the synth itself.

If you are using a GM/GS/XG compatible synth, then inserting an RPN 0 > 1536 in your MIDI track will set the given track’s bend range to 1 octave.  This also works in TTS-1 (if you still have it).
