GIM Productions Posted March 3, 2024 Share Posted March 3, 2024 Hi everyone, I've discovered a problem with the latest update regarding export. Every time I export an mp3 file from a project with tracks and buses the file is exported correctly but CBB closes automatically. Furthermore, when the file I export replaces a file with the same name, CBB crashes. As for everything else it is perfect. Has this happened to others too? OutrageProductions Posted March 3, 2024 Share Posted March 3, 2024 (edited) Definitely send a CDR to the bakers as this is specific to your system. I have tried every possible way to export a mix as MP3 (which is not my common workflow, I always export as WAV and convert post facto) and cannot recreate your issue. John Vere Posted March 4, 2024 Share Posted March 4, 2024 Same here after I read this I tried it. It works fine. Possibly some contamination of the encoder? I use Gold Wave for MP3 as it has all the options as well as it retains my preferences which Cakewalk doesn’t.
