Dropout code 11

I've been suffering from the "dropout (code 11)" issue for a long time since I last opened my project, and I find that whenever I press the space bar or point to the on-screen key I can't start playing it.

The official website told me to save and restart, but it didn't work, and then I tried various methods to solve it, but it finally failed.

I'm new to making electronic music so I'd like some ways to go about this while still having a little bit of hope

Dropouts are caused by your system choking on the data. 

Standard actions are to increase your audio interface buffers. 

Freeze tracks that have plug ins that are heavy hitters. Or avoid them. 

Run Resplendence Latency monitor and optimize your system for audio.
