Pro Channel Presets

strange, I can't load or save a per channel preset here... Neither with right, left or double clic, Workspaces: off - Theme: Mercury. Any idea what that could be?  Love and Peace (again...)

And you are clicking on the little folder on the right hand side in the pro-channel name window at the top when you hover the mouse cursor over it (window with "Untitled"??

I know this is off topic but... does anyone know how to reach Cakewalk support or has that died?  Trying to authorize my Dimension Pro and Rapture programs and can't.  Followed all instructions in forums (Run as Admin, etc.) nothing works... and finding a forum that is still active is almost imnpossible.

Any help appreciated.

so, you have your serial number and activation #'s handy? then you run the standalone version of the app as admin? you enter the serial number and activation #'s. then what happens? you get an error?

Cakewalk Inc. ceased to exist almost 7 years ago. None of its products is supported any more.

BandLab now uses the old company name to market some current products, Cakewalk, Cakewalk Next, and Cakewalk Sonar, but they are BandLab products, supported by BandLab.

However, there may be other users of Dimension Pro and Rapture on this forum who can try to help. Good luck.
