How can I restore that view? Expand What you are seeing is called the Inspector view ('I' key)... it only shows the active track that you have selected in the Track View. You will need to add the Console View tab (Alt+2) or <Views><Console View> to the Multidock at the bottom of the screen (or float it to the main or another monitor) using 'D' key.
