Only seeing sliders for 2 channels

I used to be able to see them all at the bottom of the screen. How can I restore that view?

What you are seeing is called the Inspector view ('I' key)... it only shows the active track that you have selected in the Track View.
You will need to add the Console View tab (Alt+2) or <Views><Console View> to the Multidock at the bottom of the screen (or float it to the main or another monitor) using 'D' key.
