I had a bunch of sessions I had to mix that had it all over the place because it was included in the Slate bundle at the time. I signed up for the sub, and later I ordered a year during some promo. I cancelled my sub, and signed up with the year promo, and they ended up double charging me. Also, the diffusion seems off compared to the hardware. They also kept teasing that all these new plug in's would be added on and they never came. Later they added the Goldplate, which is great, but I'd rather just buy it outright.
