I saw you post and thought whaaat, I got those don't I?..

So I checked, 
While these are not new they were previously only available in the Anthology and Ensemble Bundles.

EQ 45 & EQ 65 release notes v3.8.3

• Initial individual plugin release (was previously only available in Anthology XII and Ensemble Bundle)
• Added refreshed and resizable UI
• Added checkmarks for selected preset path in preset menu
• Improved preset bar button interactions
   

On April 6th 2023 Eventide updated Anthology & Ensemble bundles

Anthology update v1.1.8 release notes:

• Added refreshed and resizable UI for EChannel, EQ45, EQ65, Precision Time Align, and UltraChannel
• Added various quality-of-life fixes and improvements to EChannel, EQ45, EQ65, Precision Time Align, and UltraChannel
• Added checkmarks for selected preset path in preset menus
• Improved preset bar button interactions
• Removed Precision Time Delay
