This isn't really a song I guess, just sounds that appeal to me for some impossible to explain reason. I like to bend notes and add in lots of reverb and delay to achieve that nice opium den ambience.

Thanks Jack. It's interesting how listeners can react to music so differently. My take on this song is almost opposite to yours.

I love the concept here Bjorn, there are those here that try this stuff and fail ( in my humble opinion ). I think you've found your neesh,  in that it's got a special feel . I'm thinking maybe you could try some movement with the synths, bringing them out left ( or right ) fields etc.

I like this a lot ...goes down well with a large one

There's a book (Music, The Brain, And Ecstasy) that talks about the feeling one can get when listening to certain music passages that I can relate to. It's similar to taking a drug, but safer and with no side effects.

I like the middle part the best, where the percussion starts. Overall very nice soundscape, you titled the piece perfectly????
