It is the LE version (comes with all the same instruments just can't create your own)

If you submit one of the guitar recording things - you can get this basically for free which is crazy.

I had LE until I got MComplete and never felt like I was missing out on features with it.  Getting into the Edit page on SoundFactory takes a special type of person.
