Larry Shelby
Are your Exponential Audio plugins up to date? We may have newer builds that improve performance or fix minor bugs. You can always update your Exponential Audio plugins for free The most recent version numbers are: Excalibur: 4.0.2 M7Control: 3.0.1 PhoenixVerb: 5.0.2 R2: 5.0.2 Nimbus: 2.0.2 R4: 2.0.2 PhoenixVerbSurround: 3.0.2 R2Surround: 3.0.2 Stratus: 2.0.3 Symphony: 2.0.3 Stratus3D: 2.0.3 Symphony3D: 2.0.3 What Version Are You Running Now? You can easily determine the version of any plugin by simply clicking on the Exponential Audio logo in the plugin GUI. This will bring up an information page that shows the version right there. If your machine is connected to the Internet, you’ll probably see a little reminder of the newer version right on the GUI. Simply click on the reminder and you’ll be taken to the download page. Or you can go there directly. Before You Update It’s always a good idea to update between projects and not right in the middle of a job. You can download the installer at any time and then do the installation when you’re ready. It’s also a good idea to keep copies of all installers along with your other backup media. And make sure that your DAW and operating system are up-to-date. These installers are 64-bit only. And Remember This Remember that these newest builds support either iLok or machine licensing! But you’ll need to make sure you’re running the latest version of iLok License Manager (free at iLok.com).
