BREVERB 2 Cakewalk error

Hello every time i add BREVERB 2 to a sound it shows me an error about " The database  of presets is malformed" if anyone nows what to do please reply this happend out of nowhere

If you haven't contacted Overloud yet as the pop-up says, I think you should do that.  Please let others here know what they say in case it happens to someone else.

Thnk for giving me the tip but for some reason it went back to normal
