Basically started with a beat and some ambient synth and vocal textures (all vocs except the really high voice are my voice, not synth/samples), and took off from there. Kind of ambient-beat-rock, I guess? Anyway, I really enjoyed putting this together, and I hope you enjoy listening as well!
