Hi, guys and gals.

Something has happened to my audio recording adjustment over the last few updates!

I record the audio in place fine but on playback I find the rendered audio is always a bit too early on playback. I have to click and drag the audio over a second or less to relocate the audio in the pocket!!

I am hearing the audio fine while monitoring the actual recording but when the stop button is hit the audio always renders just enough out of sync that I to have adjust it even just to hear it back to decide to keep the take.

Could someone PLEASE refresh my memory on what to adjust in settings to get my audio back in line?

This is really becoming a bit of a problem workflow-wise!

As usual, thanks for your time!!

Has the playback timing master / record timing master been changed within Preferences > Audio > Driver Settings?

Also check your Synchronization & Record Latency Adjustment settings in Preferences > Audio > Sync & Caching

Sorry for the barrage of questions, but...

ASIO? Is it a consistent amount? How much? Always late? Have you checked your Manual Offset lately? How high is it?

Does it happen if the metronome count-in is disabled? Other users have occasionally reported that count-in causes recordings to be offset.

Are there PDC-inducing plug-ins in the project with PDC Override enabled for input monitored tracks?
