AB Assist is a tool for quickly comparing multiple pieces of audio. This could be different takes, mix revisions, versions of a master, plug-in options, or something else entirely! Blind tests can be conducted in 'test' mode, with the channels labelled randomly in order to remove any subjectivity or biases.

Receive and compare two FOUR audio sources.

Compare stereo SURROUND mixes in any channel count.

Auto-level-match: match short-term loudness (LUFS) of sources.

Mono-check: compare mono fold-down.

Smooth fades between sources.

Multiple plug-in instances communicate directly instead of using an external send.

As in the past, the free distribution will most likely take place at the same time as the voucher distribution at the beginning of the year.?

$10 for me to upgrade. The auto level match alone would justify the upgrade IMO. Without this feature this kind of program is not much useful.

I'll think about it because I already have the PA/ADPTR AUDIO Metric AB that is very good.

Only a better workflow would justify this purchase although the upgrade price is very nice.
