MashedBuddha
Windows 10 x64 I don't know how or why this started happening, but out of nowhere Cakewalk will CTD upon opening the program (before I can even load a project). It then of course, like since decades now, remains in the Task Manager and nothing happens when I end task it. The only workaround I have is - start the program - crash - then I have to hit end task even though it stays in memory - restart the program, and now Cakewalk runs and I can use it. Since this issue, I have also updated and reactivated Cakewalk to the latest version to no avail. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.
gustabo
With Cakewalk closed, rename aud.ini to aud.bak and let Cakewalk create a new one when you start it.

Well it was worth a shot, thanks. That did not solve my issue.
