After Bounce to Clips, no audio on track

This just started happening.
Recording an audio track.
After Bounce to Clips – no audio on that track, other tracks are fine.
Restart Cakewalk and the track plays fine.

Strange that the waveform in the bounced clip doesn't look the same as the unbounced one which has some sections with just noise-floor level. Is it only this project?

Might help to see the whole UI.

Tested the same steps on a new project with no issues.

Something going on with this particular project.

The waveform view might be because you have comping mode on and there are additional lanes?  Open the tracks lanes views.

Are you highlighting the actual clips that you want to bounce?

Sound on Sound is on. I deleted a part I needed to replay and start recording at least a bar before.

That’s how I do it. I know there are other ways to punch in.

Anyway that’s why the pre-bounced track looks that way and there are separate lanes for each take.

Yes I highlight the track prior to bouncing to track.

Since this works fine on other projects it’s ok. Just strange.
