apulSoft updates apQualizr2 modular equalizer to v2.6.0

apulSoft has announced an update to its modular multiband equalizer audio plugin. Version 2.6.0 of apQualizr2 comes with various new features, improvements and fixes.

Changes in apQualizr2 v2.6.0

Added sidechain module to provide the sidechain signal.

Added sidechain (ex) analyzer display option.

Added aux input to the output module to route parallel signals to the output.

Added gain filter band type.

User-ID no longer required/displayed on the GUI.

Band pass and harmonic band filters now have -inf dB as the minimum gain.

Improved spectrum graph drawing.

Improved handling of drag-to-create from the sum curve.

Fixed: Updated AAX SDK to work around automation issues in newer versions of Pro Tools.

Fixed: For zones of very low gain, analog and mixed phase correction was broken on Windows.

apQualizr2 is available for Windows and Mac (VST/VST3, AU and AAX), priced $79 USD. The update is free for existing users.
