I recently inadvertently changed my password to the site .  I asked for a reset link.  The site indicated I would get a reset link to my email.  I have not received one.  Repeated my request and still no luck.  Is the site now locked or in active?  Anyone Elise have this problem?  Your help would be appreciated.
