Modules - how to set it and forget it?

I'm using the latest version of Cakewalk, and am confused by the Modules menu at the top.

In older versions, I could just choose my modules, set their order, and they would stay that way.

Now, I re-set the modules an dtheir order, but every time I re-open Cakewalk, it defaults back to a different start arrangement.

How can I set my modules area/menu so that it stays the way I set it?

May be a workspace setting?
I have mine set to 'None' and the modules remain the same.
