I just received a Waves email with a "Special offer to upgrade to Horizon"!
It was the SAME price that the upgrade has been WITHOUT the special offer
for the past year

I think this is too much of an investment for the part time and hobby folks here. For project studios and Bapu, it may be great. WUP is capped, after all.
