FR: Allow Time and Duration in Event Inspector to accept Comma

In the Control Bar, the Event Inspector allows the Period character to be used as divider when manually specifying Time and Duration for MIDI events as a replacement for the Colon character. That’s very efficient, provided you’ve got a Period key on the numeric keypad.

However, for those of us using the metric system, there’s usually a Comma key instead of a Period key on the numeric keypad. Unfortunately, a comma is currently not a valid replacement for colon when specifying Time and Duration.

So, would it be possible to accept commas in addition to periods in those two input fields?
