Pitch Bend Audio Samples inside Cakewalk?

Like it says on the tin. Is there any way to use a pitch envelope audio clips/samples built into Cakewalk? 

An example would be having a sample that starts out with it's normal imported pitch, but descends in pitch to an octave below by the time the audio sample finishes.

You'd need to put it in a sampler. The bundled Dropzone is only 32-bit, but will do it, I think. Or Dim Pro if you have it, and or any number of freeware samplers. 

I believe the Matrix view might be able to do it also.

Use TX16wx or manually transpose slices, Elastique Pro for percussion, Radius Solo/Mix for melodic samples.
