Sort of like a save as and then name the new bounced track?
David Baay
Could save a few seconds and clicks. I just create the track and name it before bouncing.
razor7music
Seems to me that whether you name the track before or after the bounce, you're still naming the track. Double-click the given name, then type a new one. Pretty quick--unless I missed something.
Rod L. Short
I would like to see this, as well. Not a deal breaker but, would be handy.
sadicus
"Seems to me that whether you name the track before or after the bounce, you're still naming the track." Track> Bounce to track> popup window. There's already a popup window with options, why not take care of business in that window? It would be consistent with the other "+" create track and Create Instrument popup window that allows setting buses etc. Edited August 30, 2019 by sadicus
RBH
Doesn't it currently retain the name of the source track and places a ( bounced ) tag on the track name ? That's how it appears to work when I'm bouncing tracks. But maybe the op has a different scenario at play. I can see it causing confusion if it's renamed with no reference to orignal track name - personally.
