Where is the 'Options' menu in CbB

Hi everyone,

I'm wanting to change some mouse settings, click behaviour etc. I keep seeing an "options menu" referenced in the help files and on the forum that I cannot find in the program. 

Here is an example of a setting I want to change, and a reference to the options menu

Any help would be greatly appreciated
