I can't download Prime 8+. I'm trying since two days and all I get is a pop-up with apology and encourage to try later. Anyone can successfully get it to downloading?

Thanks for trying. Yes, that's exactly what I do, I don't use Portal. Hmm think it's time to connect with support...

In Germany I am using always a VPN connection for downloading from UVI.

It runs without any issues.

I’m seeing same issue. I used portal first and didn’t work. I then tried direct download and there was a quick message that popped up about servers being overwhelmed.  I’ll try again later this weekend.

Yes that's it, I emailed support. Waiting for reply seems sooooo loooooooooooooooooooong...
