Keyboiard Shortcuts

1. A blank canvass with no default shortcuts to enable user to input own shortcuts without fighting the defaults.

2. A complete rethink and re-design of how shortcuts work.  A better understandable structure so that allocating a shortcut in global bindings applies to other environments where appropriate, i.e. track view, console view, etc.

I like the way that instrument definitions can be edited in a text editor - could the same be done with shortcuts?
