I dont get it. is the offer on all upgrade version or only certain ones like artist and elements to hook people into it. I see a red cross out in the upgrade from Artist but not in upgrade from 11 or 10 pro?

I have Cubase LE 12 that came bundled with Zoom hardware.
The upgrade to Cubase Elements 12 is £25.
So if I purchase now and hold back registering until version 13 is released, are they still offering a free grace period update?
