I like this. It doesn't do everything that's out there but it gives you another context to hear your tunes in. Worth $19 IMHO anyway. I have the Focusrite dealio too and they don't really overlap.

Thinking of getting the Abbey Road version.

I have the ARS3. And though I don't use the head tracking movement stuff, I do like the sound in the headphones. It seems to help with getting a good reference for me when I have to use headphones, (people sleeping and have to go to work the next day) so I use this to help keep me in a good reference. They work pretty dang good!!

I have never used either of those Jerry. So I can't really say much. All I can say about the Waves ARS3 is that the three sets of speakers gives a real close estimate of what your mix will sound like on other systems. I did a few un-sceintific tests and I was happy with the results. 

The nearfeilds do have a sound close to my monitors.
