Cakewalk 2022.11 VST Import Freezing on One Small Clue's Poise Plugin

Apologies if this is in the wrong topic. I've recently installed Cakewalk 2022.11, and I've encountered a problem with One Small Clue's Poise sampler, where the Cakewalk VST Scanner is stuck on its dll file (as shown below.) The Cakewalk install is stock, and there are very few plugins installed on the system. Does anyone know what is causing this to occur, and if there is any way of fixing it?
