You have to establish an account.  Once setup, you will have access to his free eBooks.

EDIT: I was asked to link to my forgotten Teachable account which I had from getting Mixbus Mania!  You don't have to link but it helped remind me about the MB tutorial.

I got the same message of "school bla bla bla".

 

Instead, click on login and then "Need an account? Sign Up". The page will load correctly.

I did click the "Sign Up" and that also went to the "blah blah blah"
Click the "Log In" and then sign up and it works fine!
