Removing and installing Izotope was the fix.    Somewhere there was faulty installtions that didn't show up in Add/Remove Programs,  I had to go to the folders for the uninstallers.  BTW check your vst3 folders and Izotope also drops .dll files in there.

The lack of MIDI routing was what turned me away from V9, but I still have not gotten around to using it in 10 ?.  Probably the thing I like best about it is how fast it loads- Bam!  I don't like leaving my DAW open all day when I am using other apps, so I exit and reload a few times a day.  Studio One is SO slow to boot- even with VST scan disabled.  Of course Studio One is feature rich++, but Mixcraft does a pretty good job of providing the basics.
