Accidentally deleted comp takes, how can I recover?

Hi all, was recording a guitar part and removed comp lanes to clean up, however I didn't realise that this also removed one of my parts further back in the track, which was on the same take for some reason. How can I recover this audio that was lost?

If you haven’t saved and closed the project yet just use undo. 

Otherwise it should still be in the projects audio folder. Open it using the browser and drag it back.
