Only export certain parts of a track

How would I only export certain parts of a track. Like the intro and then the main track as they have to be exported and used in a game?

Either:

1. Export a selection; or
2. Create arranger sections for the parts you want, then use "Arranger Sections" as the source category when exporting.

Uncheck "Select Events with Arranger Sections" within the Track View Options menu.

I can't find that, the docs are useless without images.
