Peter - IK Multimedia Posted August 6, 2019 Posted August 6, 2019 If you filled out the general form, not a tech support request, a ticket number is not created and for general inquiries the response time is typically longer and it should have stated that when your entry was confirmed. Glad to hear your issue was resolved. 1

You should see categories like Computer Products, Mobile Products, etc at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support Miroslav Philharmonik 2 would be under computer products. 1
