It's a bit tricky because fixing some long standing bug can have a knock on effect that solves a bunch of other problems that bug may have been exposing, but there would be a tracker for each actual reported bug case that would be able to be counted. I mean, if anyone way super bored, you could get a good sense of what's been addressed by looking at each update's release notes, but that would be a hell of a long job!
