Will I be OK to upgrade this PC build to Win 11 Pro?

Intel I9 10900K processor O.C. 5.0GHz, Asus Prime Z490-A mobo, added the ASUS ThunderboltEX-3TR

I need to enable TPM and Secure Boot. 

I assume I need to do that before I install Winn 11 Pro over my Win 10 Pro. Correct?

10th Gen CPU meets Microsoft's hardware requirements for Win 11.

My 9th gen i9 9900K runs Win 11 and Cakewalk without problems.

I ran out and bought a hardware TPM 2.0 module to install on my 9th gen mobo header as soon as the specs for Win 11 were announced.

Turns out that Intel has a "soft" TPM that you can enable in your BIOS. Physical TPM not required.
